Rooms were clean and huge, well done!

The staff was lovely, my every need was addressed. It was in a marvellous location next to the beach and jetty, and splash town, cafe and restaurant. It also was close to the beech.

the location of the hotel was beautiful - approx 10-15 minutes' walk from the entrance heritage walk. we ate at an excellent restaurant for dinner or breakfast. the hotels' team was amiable and excellent.

The food was AWESOME with a wide array of choice!

Enjoyed our 1 night stay. The location was excellent, around 10-15 minutes walk from The Entrance Town Centre. We was given new-fashioned and large room with coffee and milk plus a new bathroom.

Overall it was exceptionally clean in pictures advertised. The staff were pleasant and very good and the location was wonderful right next to the water park.

Sadly, but there was mould in some areas.

The location was magnificent, relatively near Picnic Point Reserve.

The room was overpriced for its condition, the bed was uncomfortable, and there was a lack of privacy due to the absence of sheer curtains. The bathroom also needed some repairs and the noise level from the neighboring rooms was disruptive.
